“JKme” & “Stevens Commissioning” are privately owned building services companies specialising in Mechanical, Public Health and commissioning services for new build, refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects. Based in East London, our team comprises specially qualified and experience personnel that have delivered exciting MEP projects for over 15 years in Central London and surrounds. With over 40 skilled workforce members, we collectively deliver projects to high standards in a variety of sectors.

 

The quality in delivery of our works is reflected in our repeat clientele, who account for 80% of annual turnover. We are committed to high standards of work health and safety and skill progression, promoting from within and supporting our workforce with the necessary training to succeed within the construction sector.

JKme was established to fill the need for specialist, high quality Mechanical and Public Health installations. Our specialist team, led by Jev Babuls, has expanded year on year from humble origins to present-day activities delivering multi-million pound contracts in Central London and surrounds for companies including MACE, ESG & Designer Group.

Stevens Commissioning LTD, founded by Eugene Stevens, a skilled, experienced and highly educated engineer with over 25 years’ experience in Building Services MEPH Commissioning Management. Eugene has a range of experience across a variety of sectors including education, industrial, public sector healthcare, commercial and residential projects. With advanced specialty in commissioning and testing, Stevens has a solid design background and is fully conversant with mechanical and building services design and installation.

Stevens services experience extends to Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, testing of MER, UPS, Generators, Chillers, Switch-Rooms, Data Centre rooms, Fire Alarm / Cause and Effect, Black Building test and IST (Integrated System Test). Stevens Commissioning have the necessary knowledge, education and training to conduct commissioning and balancing of air and water systems  in accordance with BS Standards, CIBSE and BSRIA UK guidelines.
